Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CyberJobs Pro platform ("Service") operated by CyberJobs Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CyberJobs Pro is an AI-powered cybersecurity job board that connects job seekers with employers. The Service includes job search, job posting, application management, certification career paths, and subscription-based employer tools.

3. Job Listing Disclaimer

Job listings are aggregated from multiple sources including employer submissions, RSS feeds, and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.

Job listings may contain errors, may be outdated, or may no longer be available by the time you view or apply. We are not responsible for the content of third-party job listings. Always verify listing details directly with the employer before making any decisions based on a listing.

Some job listings may be marked as "Sponsored," "Featured," or "Premium." These are paid placements purchased by employers and receive preferential positioning in search results. Sponsored status does not imply endorsement by CyberJobs Pro.

4. No Employment Relationship

CyberJobs Pro is a job board platform, not an employment agency, staffing firm, or recruiter. We do not participate in hiring decisions and are not a party to any employment contract between job seekers and employers.

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the legitimacy of any employer, job listing, or employment opportunity on the platform. Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions, background checks, employment practices, and compliance with applicable employment laws including anti-discrimination, wage, and labor regulations.

Job seekers are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job opportunities, employers, and employment terms before accepting any position. CyberJobs Pro is not liable for any employment outcome, hiring decision, workplace condition, or dispute between employers and job seekers.

5. Salary and Certification Data

Salary ranges, salary boost percentages, and compensation data displayed on the platform are estimates based on aggregated historical data. They are not guarantees of actual compensation. Actual salaries vary by employer, location, experience, negotiation, and market conditions.

Certification career paths, exam costs, preparation times, and job count data are provided for informational purposes only. Earning a certification does not guarantee employment, salary increases, or job placement. Career path recommendations are general guidance and may not reflect your individual circumstances.

6. User Accounts

6.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6.2 Account Types

  • Job Seekers: May search jobs, apply to positions, save bookmarks, set up alerts, and track certifications.
  • Employers: May post jobs, review applications, manage sponsored listings, and subscribe to paid plans.

6.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide honest and accurate profile information
  • Maintain professional communication with other users
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, or clearance level
  • Use the Service only for its intended purposes

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Scraping: Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or harvest data from the Service.
  • Spam: Send unsolicited messages, bulk applications, or promotional content through the platform.
  • Fake Accounts: Create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use false identities.
  • Harassment: Engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward other users.
  • Interference: Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Illegal Activity: Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Data Misuse: Collect, store, or share other users' personal information without their consent.

9. Employer Obligations

Employers using the Service agree to:

  • Post accurate and truthful job listings including compensation, requirements, and location
  • Respond to applications in a reasonable timeframe
  • Comply with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination and equal opportunity regulations
  • Not post misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent job listings
  • Handle applicant data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
  • Not use application data for purposes other than evaluating candidates for the posted position

10. Subscriptions and Payments

10.1 Paid Plans

Employer subscription plans are billed monthly. New paid subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10.2 Sponsored Listings

Sponsored job listings are one-time purchases that promote listings for a fixed duration. Sponsored purchases are non-refundable once the sponsorship period has begun.

10.3 Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by CyberJobs Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranties about the accuracy of job listings, employer information, salary data, or certification requirements. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERJOBS PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF THE SERVICE; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE; (E) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (F) ANY JOB LISTING, APPLICATION, OR EMPLOYMENT OUTCOME.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberJobs Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
