Position Title: Sr. DevSecOps Engineer
Location: Remote (preferably in NOVA or Hagerstown, MD)
Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with CI Poly
Pay Rate: Negotiable, based on experience and credentials
Position Description:
Join a dynamic team supporting mission-critical security infrastructure as a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage secure, automated CI/CD pipelines across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. Your expertise will help integrate security controls directly into DevOps workflows, ensuring continuous compliance and system resilience. Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to support platform migrations, enforce hardened configurations, and safeguard classified environments. Your work will enable vital security operations and infrastructure automation, making a direct impact on national security missions.
Top Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Software Engineering, or related fields Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) Hands-on experience with hybrid environments (VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with security frameworks (RMF, NIST 800-53, STIGs) and security integration in pipelines Skilled in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
