CGI is hiring a Security Engineer III to lead cybersecurity engineering, Zero Trust architecture, and security modernization across Treasury's hybrid cloud ecosystem. The role focuses on implementing secure architectures, automating security controls, and strengthening cyber resilience.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and optimize security architectures supporting cloud, hybrid, and on premise environmentsImplement secure configurations, baselines, and automated security controlsLead engineering support for identity management, authentication, and access control modernizationImplement DevSecOps security enhancements and secure integration pipelinesSupport application hardening, vulnerability remediation, and secure API integrationsImplement emerging protections including those for AI enabled applications and services
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field9+ years relevant experienceExperience with automation tools, cloud security tooling, and Zero Trust patternsKnowledge of NIST SP 800 207CISSP or Security+ certificationExperience with secure engineering for AI or modern application stacksEnterprise risk managementIdentity and access mgt (IAM)Cloud architectureDevOpsIntegration architectureSecurity Certification
