Senior Red Team Penetration Tester

SimVentions, Inc., an employee-owned defense engineering and technology company, seeks a Red Team Penetration Tester to execute advanced offensive security assessments on Navy and warfare systems. In this role, you will plan and conduct full-scope red team operations, network and application penetration tests, and adversary emulation against complex DoD environments. You will identify, validate, and exploit vulnerabilities; develop custom tools and scripts; and deliver clear, actionable reports and briefings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborating in a highly supportive, mission-focused culture, you will help shape cybersecurity strategies, mentor team members, and support continuous improvement of offensive security methodologies, all while contributing directly to national defense and security objectives.
